Thebarton Theatre, December 12th

I got to Thebbie at 1.30pm.
Waited outside for 6 hours.
Almost had my arm broken just trying to enter the venue.
Almost passed out during Die For You.
Lost Molly.
Made a friend who looked like SE7EN from brokeNCYDE during The Sundance Kids.
My new friend pushed me to the front so we could find our friends.
Found Molly.
Cried when I saw Andy Clemmensen.
Finally made it out to the merch area.
Met every member of The Sundance Kids.
Two of them called me pro because of my camera! ;D
Saw Jimmy and Jumpnow walk past.
Died a little inside when they didnt stop for photos.
Went to the carpark.
Met everyone in Die For You.
Chris was obsessed with the pop up flash on my camera
Waited some more to try and meet Short Stack.
Died when I saw Bradie Webb.
Got 2 photos with Andy.
Thrusted Shaun while he was bent over signing something.
Got 2 Photos with Shaun.
Got a photo with Bradie and he signed my ticket.
Chased after their car to get on Short Stack TV.
Met Jimmy, Jumpnow and Jinglez.

Last night was insane.
The only thing that could top it, would be to meet Jared.

Fowlers Live, September 5th

lol that rhymed.

So Fowlers was pretty great!
It was the Amber Calling Drive Drive EP launch but my sister wouldnt let me stay and watch Amber Calling.
But the 3 bands I did see tonight were great!

First was Keen Must Die
I really like them! I will deffz be seeing them again!

They're my favourite photos I took of them (:

I was a little angry when I realised I got there late and I couldnt stand on the side of the stage where I normally stand.

Second were the amazing Hold On Kid
Tonight was the second time I saw them!
They're great!

i'm thinking of moving back to kildare.
modbury scares me.
its so big, and there are guys there.
i'm not used to being around guys...
its awkward.

kildare is closer too. its only like a 20 minute walk...
and i know basically everyone there.

i feel like i dont fit in at modbury :S
but then if i go back to kildare, i dont think i'll be welcomed back...

im confused.

the awful truth.

i feel like i need to re-think my whole life and where its going. i want to be a photographer, but i dont feel like im good enough. none of my photos lately have been good... i've lost inspiration. half of my shirts i only have because jared has shirts like it. i listen to the music he listens to. and i dont know why. the music is good. but i dont even know if i like these shirts or not. i just wear them because i love him... yes, this is going to sound pathetic, but i dont know who i am anymore. i need to talk to someone. the one person i really want to talk to though, doesnt want to talk to me. and thats making things worse. i feel like im losing my friends. i hate my life right now. and i promise i'll start posting on here regularly again. my sister used all our downloads and were at dialup speed, so buzznet wont load half the time. and i get my laptop back next week. daddy fixed it (:

back to life, back to reality.

I'm thinking of not having a Harry Potter party for my 16th, and instead I want to go to every Australian show 30 Seconds to Mars play.
My friend Cass wants to, and Jess and I want to do it too.
Mum said if I pay, so I have till September...

I just really want to see Jared as much as I can.

Lately I've been having these dreams about him where the police take him away from me...
First one was we were standing outside this house and it just caught fire and the police just appeared and put him in their car and I was just stading there crying.
Then last night he was arrested for having bad tyres on his car :S
It doesnt sound that bad, but I woke up crying.

Anyway, I'm going to be posting a super amazing journal soon! Its going to be about Jared... I've been meaning to do this for about a year. I was going to put it on my myspace, but then I realised, myspace doesnt appreciate things the way you do (:

The Summit - Sydney, Australia

ZOMFGZZ!
The Summit was amaaaazinginginginging!
I met the most amazing people!

They made us wait outside for so long, but whilst we were waiting, we all got intervied by Channel [V]!
So if anyone has Foxtel can you like, record it if you see us on there?!
Cause I dont have it! D:

When we finally got in to the building they put on this DVD and I died of good~
We did a number of things from the DVD.
The best part was the whispering cause Jess and I were whispering about how her mum is super protective and i was like, did she give you a knife? it was acturally hilarious, but i think you'd just have to have been there!

I was a bit dissapointed when only about 30 people turned up, but they were good!

The guy from EMI was a legend! He was possibly the funniest person i've ever met! He was a heaps good singer too! >_>
He was trying to make us concentrate by telling us to imagine jared at the end of our best with his acoustic guitar. IT. WAS. HILARIOUS. We were all just like, w..what did you just say?! Hahha!

OH MY GOD! THE PHOTOGRAPHER WAS KIND OF CREEPY HE WAS TAKING PICTURES OF OUR HANDS, BUT I SWEAR HE WAS TAKING PICTURES OF OUR BOOBS!

I want to see them pictures too! >;D

It was seriously one of the best nights ever! :D

Ohai Buzznet!

I have alot of news!

Firstly, next Thursday I'm going to sydney for The Summit!
I didnt think dad would let me go cause he has to go to Melbourne for something Saturday morning.
But he said that I can just go to Melbourne with him! :D

So on the 17th (The day of The Summit) Im meeting up with some girls and we're going on a glyph attack! :D Cause dad is working and he said I have to find something to do!

But, I have no idea where Darling Harbour is! Hahahaha!

Then that night its the summit! sjdhsgjh~
/dies of excitement!

Then the next morning, I'm going to Melbourne with dad! No idea what im going to be doing there! D:

In a few weeks my brother is coming back from Albury, Wodonga and while he's here he wants to go see Amber Calling with me n_n
But when he goes back, my brothers Tim and Ben and my sister Shylie and I are going on a family road trip to Wodonga, and we're going to go to the snow and everything! Its going to be great! :D

I was talking to my brother Ben last night and he was like, RAQUALAAAAAAAAAAAA, WHEN ARE THE ACADEMY IS... COMING HEREEEEEE? I REALLY WANT TO SEEEE THEEEEEEEEEM! and i was like, AUGUST! LETS GO! and he was like OH I AM THERE!

So that will be great!

+ I'm seeing Short Stack, Lukey Lukess, Amber Calling twice, Danny Kintore and a bunch of other bands!
AND IM GOING TO AVCON!

ANDANDAND! I'm still freaking out that I get to meet Jared soon! :D

I think its clear to say that the rest of year is going to be great!

Phone Call From Jared Leto

Oh my god!
today was insane!
I never thought that Jared Leto would call me.
OUT OF EVERYONE IN THE WORLD, HE CALLED ME!

So I was sitting in the lounge listening to 30 Seconds To Mars (im a creep, i know) and playing with my dog, when my phone rang.
I looked at it and it was some messed up number, so i answered it :D
CAUSE THATS NOT WEIRD AT ALL!

and then this girl was like.

Hi its Emma, I have Jared Leto here for you!
and I was just like, o....okay. then she was like, how do you say your name (Its said Ra-Kayla, for those who dont know.)
and i told her then she got Jared.

Mum just looked at me cause i was almost crying and I just ran out side and mum was like, WHAT!? and I just closed the front door.

then then then then then THEN!
Jared Leto said my name and I almost fell over.
I could hardly breathe!

He was like, Hi Raquala How're you?!

and then he asked how old I was and everything.
and he asked if i would come see them when they came to adelaide and i was like YES! ARE YOU SERIOUS?!
i dont know if i was allowed to say when they're touring, because he said it was a secret, but i've told Jenn and Bonnie because they're coming with me.

then i dont know what we were talking about! and then then then, i remebered something i HAD to tell tomo for someone and that was not to forget to take her to prom! and Jared was like, I think his beard would scare everyone at her school!

then i sat down! because i felt like i was going to passout. then i dont know how we got on the topic but he asked me the one thing my dad always asks me.

WHAT DO YOU WANT TO DO WITH YOUR LIFE?!
and since i like jared more than my dad i actually told him that i want to be a photographer and we were talking about that for like, ages. and he said that im only 15 and if i put my mind to it, i'll be what ever i want and to follow my dreams and everything and KADFHGJG~

then he was like, well when we come to australia we can meet in person and i was like ZOMFGZ YES!
And i dont remeber when he said it but he was like, when you get off the phone you'll remember all these things you want to ask me.
NO I REMEMBER! he asked if i had any questions and i was like, i have a million, but i cant remember any of them! and thats when i told him about the girl and her prom!

but yeah, today was the most amazing day of my life!

oh and i only spoke to Jared. I heard Tomo say Is that the winner?! and then Jared was like Shes all the way in australia!
aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand he was randomly playing guitar! :D

and then i played burnout and came first in every race!

and then i texted jenn!

Photo chain.

Has anyone else seen that ad on tv for nikon cameras? The photo chain one? Well, i thought it would be fun for us to do! When i get my camera back ill take a photo and then pick a color or something from that picture that will inspire your picture. So, say i picked the color green. Youd take a picture tag it with my username then green and then after a few days ill pick my favorite picture and that person will pick an aspect from their photo and people do the same. Does that make sense? Or do i sound crazy?
